Real European roulette has 37 pockets: 1 - 36 plus a single zero. The zero pocket is the house edge - 2.7% straight off the top of every even-money bet. American roulette adds a double-zero, making it 5.26%. We removed the zero. No-zero roulette is what the game would look like if it weren't a tax.

Even-money bets (red/black/even/odd/high/low) cover 18 numbers and pay 2.00× → win chance 18/36 = 50%, EV = 1.00. Dozen bets cover 12 numbers and pay 3.00× → 12/36 = 33.3%, EV = 1.00. Compare with real European roulette where the same bets pay slightly less because of the zero: that's the missing 2.7%.
Where to find 100% roulette for real: Razed's "Roulette Zero" is the cleanest match (a roulette-style over/under wheel, not a classic 37-pocket layout).
